REFUND POLICY

SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS YOU HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM AND WOULD LIKE TO RETURN IT.

Due to the nature of the item and because it is considered a hygienic item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges.  In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it.

 

For damaged item(s), please email us, include your order #, and a photo of your damaged item to receive a RAN#. ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR EMAIL AND ASSESS THE DAMAGE, WE WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH YOU TO DETERMINE THE NEEDED OUTCOME.
